The Client Portal Is a Virtual Hub
It's taking off that, well, my team have to see the task and then they have to either send an email or anything like that. So it's taking that out. But also in such a way that the client could act on it on the bus. They get the notification, oh, crap, I was meant to sign that. Great. Open the app. It'll take them straight to it and they can sign it immediately. And so we're in the finalizing the beta testing and rolling it out.
