The Importance of External Success

I think one of the challenges, Penny Melissa et al, is that we grow up in a model that says Penny, success Penny, success is about what you have and what you earn. And so there's all these external alleged external KPIs of, oh, you're doing great. But from the inside out, the experience is complete fucking emotional psychological devastation. So they are financially wealthy, but emotionally and psychologically broke. We live in a world and a culture in Australia anyway which really values external success.
