The Importance of Transparency in Leaders
Mitch McConnell's Republican colleagues largely defended his fitness today, but also called for the leader to be a bit more transparent with his health condition. He said he's fine. I take him at face value. You heard him respond to questions yesterday. He was very crisp in his in his answers. What happened was disturbing. But listen, Mitch is strong. He's stubborn as a mule. Obviously his first responsibility is to the voters of Kentucky. Once you become a leader, your responsibilities obviously are with other constituents,. ... So so that probably does call for a little more.
