Is There a Difference Between Variation and Performance?

There's different types or reactions you will see to certain type of exercises. And also depending on the, the the level of the athlete. Some athletes which you'll see kind of lmot that super compensation where they start the new programme and then it drives imto a whole for about four or five sessions,. And it's pretty consistent. You'll see a small peak around that twelfth session mark, a sos, that number of set times ere hit in that exercise. Then apparently, an, hi've never run it out with athletes, but there's even a bigger peak, you know, around forty sessions, 30 sessions. What's your thoughts, jermy on variation?
