The Threat Model of MLS

MLS is based on camps and so camps is DH under the hood if it's not post-quantum resistant. So members can update the key material and what that means is so they sample some random new encryption keys which gives them post-compromised security. The threat model here is that we have a notion of a session in a way that this session is super long, meaning it starts when you enter the group and it ends when you leave the group.
