The Importance of Documenting Processes

A lot of owner operated property management businesses, like you are very competent and the person that you're putting in place to do that instead of you does not have as many reps as you doing it. And so writing that process, handing off something that is pretty fully formed to a more junior person versus hiring better than needed can be two very different decisions. It also gets into an affordability issue if you're trying to grow your business,. Like when do you really go for it and spend the money and hire up versus hiring what you can quote unquote afford?
