When Do I Eat?

The eating cycle for somebody who's eating instinctively is to eat when you're hungry and stop when you're full. You take that same eating cycle and apply it to someone who's struggling with eating. So there's three questions you can ask. And again, I realize that this is a little bit more, but I just want everybody to understand that we're not, I don't mean to oversimplify this, just eat when you’re hungry and stop when you are full.
