The point isn't to be seeing psychedelic dragons all the time unless that's like really your jam and it's going to make you a better person in your relationships or something. But it gives you a sense of like, okay, if I keep doing this practice, I now have a little bit more of a map. I have a point that I'm orienting towards. And so again, coming back to the question, what about the neuroscience in there? So the neuroscientific way of thinking and like lens and discoveries that we've been making recently about meditation is just taking off like crazy right now.
