Creating Structure and Control During Chaos

In this episode, I share some suggestions on how you can use this time to set goals, be of service, learn compassion for yourself and others, and to really practice creating more than you're consuming. No one else can tell you what the right thing to do is. It's up to you to decide how you're going to handle this and who you're going to be on the other side.

Go into the deepest part of you to find out what is real and true for you. Get a plan. Get a focus. Put some energy into it.
