The Importance of Re-Engineering

Part of a startup's job is to have this giant earth shattering vision. And you kind of know like, yeah, but first we have to get customers to make it to that role. So I think what's happening here is you got this interview and it was like, well, we have this old Fox Pro system. We really need to re-engineer it. But the specific sales pitch of we work with this list of cool technologies and then you get there seems more actively bad than anything else.
