How to Hire People Who Care About You
I see a lot of people that I know get very wrapped up in Reddit or the way people think about them. And I'm like, you guys, that's not life. But at the same time, I would rather turn to my team, turn to people who know me for constructive criticism. The thing is, they're too close and they know you too well. You got to hire people who are going to debate your points. It's supposed to be like an educational forum. There's snarky stuff happening on there.
