How to Protect Your Bones When Skipping Periods

If you're skipping periods, and I would say no more than really two or three, then you need to have discussions with your doctor about protecting your bones. Some women don't want to go on the pill because it's an artificial estrogen which can lead to long-term sequelae. The same things that men do that can sabotage their hormones? That mismatch between output and intake of enough nutrition for hormone health. Often it's the endurance sports as well that can more likely impact hormone health for men than shorter distance sprinting type activities.
