I hear the common theme a lot about asking people what they would have done differently or, you know, hindsight 2020. It's a common theme of they wish it would have either started earlier or been more aggressive earlier on. I'm very interested in short-term rentals and will be heavily looking into that. But like I said, there's lots of other strategies that I'm pretty excited about.
