Felix: I think one of the greatest pitfalls or perils of meditation practice, is thinking of it as another way to improve yourself. We aren't meditating to try to make ourselves perfect. That's just exhausting. So our intention is really, how do i be my best self while also loving myself exactly as i am? Felix: There's this paradox where the goal is to be present and eccept what is. It helps us see clearly the areas that needs some work, some practice.
