Why Is the Fifth Circuit a Better Court Than the Ninth Circuit?
The Fifth Circuit has surpassed both the Ninth and the Sixth Circuit's as the caddiest circuit court in the country. Judge Jerry Smith, who shares chambers with Judge Jones, is sort of like my judge in law. He says he hopes to receive even more Yale applications from qualified men and women referring to Judge Hose boycott as regrettable.
