The Best Form of Compensation for Humans

When i was in the navy, i couldn't give anyone a race. Doesn't exist. Can't give some one a race. This is not the type of motivation that is going to pel you to work harder. The thing that i utilized in the best form of compensation for humans is control over their own fate. It's control over their fate, its ownership. Without meaning, the despair begins to increase. And that's what we're seeing.
