React APIs and the Use Event Hook

Use event was designed and attempted to fix what often ends up being a struggle with event-based hooks in React. But recently they came out and said, we have decided not to go this route. They felt like this hook really encouraged writing code that wasn't indicative of what the problem is you're trying to solve with that code.
