Do You Want to Get Rid of Sham?

Ashley: Some level of shame can be hot. If it is overwhelming, it's a can be detrimental and make you feel chitty about yourself. Most people don't want to get rid of this shame because they're worried that if they do, then they may do something that they'll regret or harm somebody. But i have to meat folks where they're at and help them live the lives that and lion and authentic to what's important to them.
