The Mad Scientist at Graph Pinkert

The Citizen K16 Type 7 is one of four new CNC machines imported from Japan. The controls and buttons were in Japanese, so Graph Pinkert brought in a citizen technician to help get them running. Chris Armstrong used to work for Citizen but now co-owns a production shop in Houston called Texas Swiss Factory. He was the only person I could think of who spoke both English and machine tools.
