How AI Systems Can Be Harmful?
There are two ways in which AI systems can be harmful, right? I want to say that they don't have to have, quote unquote, bias to be harmful. It's not just purely a question of bias. Even if you have perfectly working systems, they can work perfectly and that could mean that the results is oppression. Maybe we want to lift them out of poverty rather than further punishing them for not being able to pay back loans.
