Codification of Routine in the School

Handbooks, o itan policyasand things are really useful places to codify routine. For example, i coud say a feed forward session to look like nose routines, but then the whole staff handbook. I suppose they're just been told that they need to do it. It's not necessarily their fault. They just didn't know, you know. And we then have teachers in a positionwith it panaged for something that really isn't their fault. So we as leaders of duty to codify, to shear our expectations, to reenforce revisit those expectations to stave fatigue and incaptuvate culture.
