i would find this very heartening and obviously like you know you want to feel what feels right for your body but it does seem like this is really encouraging. There are multiple levels of selection biases going on here okay so the population itself probably isn't super representative of the general population because women who do heavy resistance training are a self-selected subset of all women Right? And then women who continue performing heavy resistance training during pregnancy are a subset of women who doheavy resistance training in general. Some some are going to be more concerned and like yeah i'm just gonna train lighter while i'm pregnant maybe.
