Is the CPI Calculation Going to Be Different Starting in February?

Inflation is always measured year or year, but the question is what basket are you measuring inflation by? And that's always been a long term controversy with CPI. So if we calculate our personal inflation rates, they would not be identical. That's like Michael says, quote, that inflation's a vector not a scale. It's like the engine, you know, the mathematical way of putting it.
