You got to know your own report inside and out. Until you have, what happens is your values and biases creep into your coaching just too much. And if i don't know that about myself, i can never see beyond it. The biggest thing if you want to be for all of us, our our talents and strength give us our lens in the world. We think that's the way the world is, and we can never see Beyond It.
