What's Up With Telegram?
Telegram is very used in eastern europe, and it's where, like, you get your news. It was just such a fascinating angle into what war relief looks like by locals. I had a couple of friends who, well, i had one friend who was a full bright scholar in ukraine, and he had been evacuated out into poland. And obviously, poland is still now one of the most affected by the refugee crisis. Ah, they've taken in almost four million ukranians.
