The Disappointment of Our Kids and Youth Ministry
The area that has suffered the most in our own local church has been kids and youth ministry. And so it feels like we're really rebuilding over the last couple of years. We actually have a lot of volunteers at rock Harbor that are willing to serve with junior high and high school, which is really amazing. The ratios there are really great. But but I've talked to pastors as you have that getting volunteers for kids ministry,. for example, is just a really, really hard thing.
