If halloween three had been a michael myers movie, i'm i think it probably wouldn't have been as great as a score. I feel like the science fiction elements in this film gave them permission to lean more heavily on the electronic score. It is inflected with a bit of a science fiction flavor that's not there in the earlier carpenter movies. And, and i think that comes through in visual elements of the movie as well.
