Leaders who are ambivoent seek more information from their tea members. And the team performs better compared to when leaders experience less in bivlents. Soand bivlenes be punishing, but it turns out in bivelens helps make people better leaders. How do you solve this paradox? I have started to answer this question in some of my work. But if you can first create co operative norms where we're on the same side that's the first step for harnessing the benefits of sharing our imevloence with others.
