What's on the Horizon for the S C C Case?

i'd love if you could give an up date on where the current stage is in this lawsuit and what's on the horizon over the next few months. Because i know it is still on going, and, i mean, who knows how long it's going to go for. But i would say we're looking at the end of the first quarter, let's say, march, anywhere february, march or april, of next year,. The judge comes down for ruling. And her ruling could en the case completely, or it could possibly, hypothetically rule that there are issues of fact for a jury to decide.
