The focus as we went through was very much on the movement qualities. The mental aspect of these was, at moments, frustrating. But that in and of itself, right there is a differentiator. It's not just, ok, collin, here's at wat you do. I want you to do six lunges on your right leg and six longes on your left leg. This is really dialed up. And getting that phypysical fatigue is just as important as that physcially. Physically, i'm still under eight hours a week, but i'm at the end of the week mentally engaged.
