Are You Getting Closer to the End?

We have a rule where you're not allowed to have a meeting with more than three people at any point in time. We've been asyncronous and fully remote team since prior to cove, even before lockdowns. And then also after that decision point is made, basically, everything we do at levels is recorded. Whether it's your personal like a one on one meeting with my engineering lead, we record everything because oftentimes, a it's free to do so.
