"I think there should be a big black arrow down at the bottom of the stairs of the baptistry so that when a new convert comes out, they get what we're going to give them," he says. "Many, many times, six Sundays after their baptism they're not even attending worship anymore, you know? And so I've just been on a massive crusade for the last 40 years saying it isn't rocket science for us to fix that."
