Are You Bringing Useful Ideas to the Table?
Bridgewater has a 360 system where at any time people can rate anyone on their ideas. And then you end up getting a believability score for how consistently accurate your views were in a particular domain. I think evaluating people on whether they disagree constructively is a brilliant step and I would be thrilled to see more organizations do it.
