I don't see a lot of evidence for that when I look at the literature currently. There's some suggestions out there that you have chronic increases in cortisol and that could lead to, you know, some deleterious effects. Can an individual supplement with creatine, for example, and would that potentiate responses? I think it'd make a really good theoretical argument for that. And so presumably then the cumulative stress over time may facilitate some greater adaptations or responses. It's just not great data right now in my mind to suggest any particular supplement is going to absolutely potentiate responses.
