The Different Colour Vision Systems of Bees

All invertebrates, or at least all insects and arthropods and crustaceans can see ultraviolet light. Birds, reptiles and so on, many species have ultraviolet sensitivity. We are in a sense unique in that we cannot see this dimension to the visual spectrum. There are some animals out there that have wholly different colour vision systems. It's fascinating for you as only a human to be able to study something with such a complex visual system.
