Is There a Better Balance Between Privacy and Security?

Like, isn't it better to have a government response and say, heres what we think the techonisy should work to? Means that law eventually was changed. This is one of the balances that doesn't exist in the united states. And so when things are rushed to withi in a week, they're clearly not any engagement.
