Exposure to the thing you're afraid of o is important. So this is tarting to engage in the things we've been afraid to do because of the pain. Bending over is great for your back. It's actuly reatly good for your back to bend and and cracking some jokes. And so doing sematic tracking during exposure is a important piece of this approach. We want to do exposures where we can learn that our bodies are stronger and healthier anan we believed.
