The Biggest Career Decision I've Ever Made
We were reflecting on some of the toughest career decisions that we have made or struggled with to sort of make this as relatable as possible. And we were talking about our differences as a kind of hell and being a doer, and what that means in terms of making difficult career decisions. So for me, one of my watch outs when i'm making difficult career decision is getting stuck at one stage. For polly it was moving fom a kind of corporate world to as starting up a couple of years ago. It felt very unfamiliar. I got a lot less points of reference. Sarah's clearly got stuck in a bit of a loop. Here shes sort of going round in circles
