The Easy, Difficult Business
There's two types of businesses, I believe, the easy difficult and the difficult difficult. A day nursery has to be profitable for it to have good cash flow. But a pop up bar in a village with only 100 people living there is very different. So you just want to make sure that when you're running a business, in my opinion, that it falls neatly into the easy, difficult camp. You think you can get there eventually? It's always a challenge. No one ever wants to buy the thing when you're finished.
