A lot of times people just spread themselves so thin. It's just double down on like one thing that you're actually pretty good at, and just do that rather than trying to do a million things at once. consistency is king. And I think that goes back to when you saw the clear divide that like lemon squeezy is meant right now for SaaS companies or SIP messages meant for coaches. You've got to do these fundamental things before you go and do all these different things.
