How Did You Make That Transition From the Military Into Consulting?

Lloyd: I think anybody that leaves the forces would be not telling the whole truth if they didn't say there's a degree of anxiety that goes with that transition. There's a sort of sense of, God, I've probably left this too late. You know, everybody else that's been doing this has been, is eight years ahead of me. How on earth am I going to catch up with somebody that's got eight years head start? And once you pick up the lexicon and the language, you know, conversely actually coming from the military that I had different backstory was very helpful in a lot of client situations or contexts.
