The Pandemic in Limerick, Ireland

Limerick city council is, it's less like a council and more like a very cruel type of performance. They wanted everybody to get out onto the streets and start eating outdoors but instead hung giant forks and spoons from lamp posts. Instead of getting lots of small tables and chairs for people to sit on, they made one giant set of tables and chairs that was 20 foot high as a piece of art. But ireland isn't malan. Ireland is a temperate rain forest where it rains 80 percent of the year. So how do you have an outdoor dining culture when it's rainin n all the time?
