The Antitrust Paradox
Sheriff: The original intent of the sherman act was to protect consumers from monopolies. Judge bork came out with a treatise called the anti trust paradox, and he argues a way, different way oflooking at consumer welfare. He basically says that people should be guided by not just traditional o look out for consumers. So then you have this era where, for something like 15 times, plaintiffs are zero for any anti trust cases before the supreme court.
