The Role of Social Engineering in Organizational Behavior
The advantage of starting something online and then going in the stores is that you can socially engineer a cashier. By social engineering, it's simply just talking somebody in the store into doing something that we don't necessarily approve them doing. It sounds like basically the language of con men in layman's terms.
