Sanctions

I feel like i've got my head around sanctions now, which is probably a good thing to do. I can't tell you why President byton took it off the table very early. My own sense ofot, my own reading of it, is that he didn't think the american people would be behind it. And also kosata concern that it would very quickly potentially become an east west conflict us.
