The Career Model: A Two Stage Prediction

The job sequence isn't quite the same thing as natural language, even if we draw some analogies. So transformers were one of the first things that I tried for this problem. The model makes predictions in two stages. And the goal of the first stage is to make a very high level prediction about whether the individual will switch jobs at all. It must be the individual's current job. If it then predicts that the individual will change jobs, the prediction sort of follows a more standard model that is used for natural language processing.
