Drop Box Brand Design Team Structures

i want to talk about one of my favorite teams, design team structures. I would honestly love to copy this set up and have a designer focused on each but because i'm the crater nighm really only, i'm only an i cee maybe, like, i don't know, forty % of the time. So that's often an area that is lacking. And when you can make that connection, i just think it's so much better.
