The Insomnia I'm Suffering From at Work

After a hard jujis training class or weight lifting, i always have trouble falling asleep. I try not to eat too much during the day because i get drowsy. So i recently tried forcing myself a shake made up of 35 grams of grass fed weigh four eggs, plenty of fruit and a half cup oats.
