The Importance of Local First Software

Andre Hotman: I think this project is really so interesting because, well, first local first software is hard. My favorite idea is that you have a local database, sort of database on your system. To be honest, we have it on the modern front end anyway. But in LogX, like there is a lot of CRDT projects which you think in the way of having a local database. And as a result, all CRDT stuff is hidden inside stores which you use from the npm packages. So right now we are thinking in our front end development about, you know, component first way. It's fun. We could probably do a whole episode of Hotman Chat.
