The SEC's View of Tokenized Assets
The SEC and different regulators here in the States, how do they view just tokenized assets? Is that something that they're comfortable with? I think tokenization, look, it's just form of digitization if you want. You have a lot of the large asset managers that have made very public statements towards supporting tokenization because they think that's the next generation of asset management. The transfer agent license is not a particularly difficult license to get registered for.
